The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes a single store house at the above address. The proposal has a maximum 2.7m and 5.1m wall height and roof pitch height respectively. A retaining wall is also proposed to the front of the dwelling along its street boundary with a maximum height of 1m from the pedestrian foot path with associated fill to level the front setback with the rest of the dwelling.
