Proposal details
The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following:
- A new two storey dwelling with loft on the existing vacant strata lot to the front lot.
- Garage access to the rear (east) of the site from the existing driveway.
- A boundary wall to the northern (left) lot boundary (set back 0.3 metres from common boundary).
- The retention of retaining walls along the front and side boundaries.
