Proposal details
The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes a new two storey dwelling, with the following elements not meeting the ‘deemed-to-comply’ requirements of the R-Codes.
- Clause 5.1.3 Lot boundary setbacks
- C3.1 - lot boundary setbacks to the western (left) and northern (rear) lot boundaries.
- C3.2 – boundary wall height (to nib wall) on western lot boundary.
- C1.1 – setback of garage from the primary street boundary.
- Clause 5.2.1 – setback of garages and carports
- Clause 5.3.5 – vehicular access
- C5.2 – driveway width (measured at the property boundary).
- Clause 5.3.7 – site works
- C7.2 – setback of the retaining wall from the northern (rear) lot boundary.
- Clause 5.4.1 – visual privacy
- C1.1 – setback of bedroom 3 window/door from the northern (rear) lot boundary.
