Proposal details

The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes proposes terraced retaining walls along the north-eastern and south-eastern lot boundaries to a maximum fill height of 1.2m and 1.8m respectively with nil setback to these boundaries.

The site is partially excavated on the south-western side and partially filled on the south-east side to establish a basement garage and store. The maximum wall height of the proposal is 11.2m from the natural ground level. The maximum roof height of the proposal is 12.3m from the natural ground level.

The dwelling on 1st and 2nd floor is 1.5m from north-eastern and south-eastern lot boundaries and is 1.6m setback from north-western lot boundary.
