The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following:

Outbuilding

• The outbuilding is 10.2 metres in length parallel to the eastern rear boundary and incorporates a 1 metre setback to this boundary;
• The outbuilding is 8.03 metres in length parallel to the southern side boundary and incorporates a boundary wall to this boundary; and
• The outbuilding incorporates a wall height of 3.5 metres and proposes a skillion roof with an overall height of 4.9 metres.

Retaining wall

• The retaining wall is proposed up to the eastern rear boundary for its entire length of 18.1 metres;
• The retaining wall is a maximum of 2.2 metres in height above natural ground level on the eastern boundary and incorporates a top of wall (TOW) measurement of 17.0; and
• The finished ground level of the rear of the subject site is to be filled to the top of the retaining wall.
