Proposal details
The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following:
- The outbuilding is located at the front of the property and incorporates a 5.4 metre setback to the Spiers Road boundary;
- The outbuilding is setback 1 metre from the western property boundary and 9.4 metres from the eastern property boundary, and is 55.2m2 in area;
- The outbuilding incorporates a 2.7 metre wall height and is 3.6 metres in height overall; and
- The outbuilding is proposed of colorbond material in the shade ‘Slate Grey’.
