Proposal details

The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following:

Lot Boundary Setbacks

  • A 1.4 metre setback of the ground floor to the eastern side lot boundary in lieu of the 1.5 metre setback required;
  • A 1.3 metre setback of the upper floor to the western side lot boundary in lieu of the 1.5 metre setback required;
  • A 1.4 metre setback of the upper floor to the eastern side lot boundary in lieu of the 1.5 metre setback required;

Visual Privacy

  • 0.3m2 of overlooking occurs to the adjoining property to the east;
  • 0.4m2 of overlooking occurs to the adjoining property to the north (rear); and
  • 2.3m2 of overlooking occurs to the adjoining property the west.
