The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes a sloped retaining wall with a maximum height of 5.5 metres, positioned with a zero-metre setback along both the north-western and south-eastern elevations at its highest point. Additionally, the proposal includes retaining along the north-eastern (rear) elevation in two stepped sections: the first wall at 2.5 metres in height with a zero-metre setback, followed by a second wall set back 1.6 metres and rising an additional 3 metres in height, resulting in a combined total retaining height of 5.5 metres.
