The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following:

• A wall approximately 10 metres in height and 18.5 metres in length, setback 1.5 metres from the southern boundary.
• Approximately 190m² of overshadowing to the adjoining property to the south.
• Retaining walls and associated fill along the southern and eastern boundaries, with fill reaching a maximum height of 2.65 metres.
