Proposal details

The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following:

  • Reduced lot boundary setback of the second floor of 1.3-metres to the northern adjoining.
  • A building height of 10.1-metres to the eaves and 10.4-metres with the skillion-roof design.
  • Overlooking of 18.7-metres to the southern adjoining neighbour from the balcony of the second floor.
  • Retaining wall of approximately 1.1-metres with nil setbacks to the northern lot boundary of the site.
