Proposal details

The application proposes a dwelling on stumps with retaining walls to level the carport and store on ground and retain soil on east, west and southern lot boundaries. The proposed retaining wall on western lot boundary is maximum 0.9m high for excavation required for the proposed carport level. The retaining wall height on the eastern lot boundary (your shared boundary) is maximum 1m high to for excavation required for the proposed house floor. Lastly, the retaining wall on southern lot boundary excavates the ground to a maximum 0.9m for the house floor.

The application also proposes a balcony facing common property with 1.6m high screen walls along western portion.
