The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes renewal of a previously approved Holiday House. Details of the application are as follows:

• A maximum of 6 guests are proposed at any one time;
• The proposed use will occupy the entirety of the property;
• A total of 4 car bays can be contained on site;
• Check-in time is 3:00pm, and check-out time is by 9:00am;
• Guests must stay for a minimum of seven (7) nights and a maximum of three months; and
• A Management Plan has been provided by the applicant which will be available to view online, outlining how the use will be managed.
