The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes ancillary accommodation and outbuilding.

Details of the extension that require public consultation are as follows:

  • Reduced setback for ancillary accommodation (Southeast elevation):
    Proposed lot boundary setback of 1.5 meters.
  • Reduced setback for the outbuilding (Northwest elevation):
    Proposed lot boundary setback of 1 meter.
  • Reduced retaining wall setback for ancillary accommodation (Southeast elevation):
    Proposed setback of 1.4 meters.
  • Reduced retaining wall setback for the outbuilding (Northwest elevation):
    Proposed setback of 0 meters (no setback).
