The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following:

• Additions to the front of existing dwelling comprising of
  • Retaining and fencing forward of the dwelling: and
  • A balcony/alfresco area leading off the existing upper floor living areas.
• Additions to the rear of the existing dwelling comprising of:
  • a new pool room with viewing deck above;
  • new decking to the pool and pool room (different levels);
  • stairs to provide access to the pool room and viewing deck; and
  • associated site works and screening.
