The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following:

• Grouped Dwelling to be built on the vacant lot with an over height boundary wall of 4.4m in height and 8m long facing the southern boundary.
• The dwelling proposes a retaining wall to all boundaries with variations to the south of 1.5m in height with a 0m setback.
• A retaining wall to the west elevation of a maximum height of 0.9m with a 0m setback and a retaining wall to the East of 0.9m with 0m setback.
