The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and details of the Single House Addition (Shed) are as follows:

• Shed is 8.5 metres in length parallel to the rear north-east boundary;
• Shed is 10 metres in length parallel to the side south-east boundary;
• Shed incorporates a wall height of 3.5 metres and is 4.2 metres in height overall; and
• Shed is setback 0.5 metres from the rear north-east boundary and 0.5 metre from the south-east boundary.
