The application proposes a home business at 20 Ocean Drive, Quinns Rocks. Details of the proposal include the following:

• A maximum of 2 appointments at any one given time;
• A maximum of 5 appointments per day;
• Each appointment will comprise of either a customer, a couple or a family;
• 1 staff employed;
• Business hours will operate from 8.00am until 5:00pm Monday to Friday; and
• Staff and customer parking will be contained within the driveway.
