Proposal details
The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment, and the amended plans propose:
- a 0.286 metre increase in the finished floor level, resulting in an overall increase in building height by 0.286 metres.
- An 0.9 metre increase in the setback of the retaining wall to the northern lot boundary (to accommodate the lower levels of the subject site from the adjoining property to the north), for a length of 15.3 metres;
- An increase in the height of the retaining wall located on the northern boundary, from an approved height of RL12.80 to RL13.63; and
- Modifications to the landing and steps adjacent to bedroom 3.
