The abovementioned Structure Plan application is being advertised for public comment. The Structure Plan will establish the planning framework for the future subdivision and development of Precinct 6 of the East Wanneroo District Structure Plan (EWDSP) and provides for the following:

• Facilitate the development of an estimated 2,605 lots with 2,482 dwellings;
• Residential density codes and locational criteria;
• Shopping centre and primary school;
• Indicative alignment of road network and transport corridor;
• Local and regional open space with parkland links;
• Community facilities including playing fields;
• Subdivision and development requirements; and
• Identification of local development plan requirements.
