LOCAL PLANNING SCHEME AMENDMENT NO. 228

The above-mentioned local planning scheme amendment seeks to align the City’s District Planning Scheme No.2 with the State Government's new land use terms and provisions relating to short-term rental accommodation (STRA).

Amendment No. 228 will be advertised for public comment for a period of 42 days from 25 September 2025 to 6 November 2025.
