Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995 that the City of Wanneroo proposes to dispose of the following property as follows:

• Lessee: DVH Halo Pty Ltd
• Property: Portion of Lot 551 (34) Opportunity Street, Wangara (approximately 1,400m²)
• Term: Three (3) years commencing on the earlier of 1 July 2025 or execution of the lease by the parties
• Rental: $36,600 (plus GST) plus outgoings per annum
• Annual Rent Review: By CPI during the Term
• Market Valuation: $36,600 (plus GST) plus outgoings per annum ($26.14/m²).
