Lease Proposal
Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995 that the City of Wanneroo proposes to dispose of the following property as follows:
- Lessee: DVH Halo Pty Ltd
- Property: Portion of Lot 551 (34) Opportunity Street, Wangara (approximately 1,400m²)
- Term: Three (3) years commencing on the earlier of 1 July 2025 or execution of the lease by the parties
- Rental: $36,600 (plus GST) plus outgoings per annum
- Annual Rent Review: By CPI during the Term
- Market Valuation: $36,600 (plus GST) plus outgoings per annum ($26.14/m²).
