Lease Proposal

Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995 that the City of Wanneroo proposes to dispose of a portion of the following property as follows:

  • Lessee: Oasis Community Café Pty Ltd (ACN 687 435 301)
  • Property: 65m2 space Wanneroo Aquamotion Café Portion of Lot 501, 21 Civic Drive Wanneroo WA 6065
  • Term: Five (5) years commencing on the date the lease is executed by all parties
  • Option: Five (5) years
  • Rental: $10,600 (plus GST) per annum net rent (plus outgoings) (subject to rent free period during tenant fitout). Annual fixed percentage increase, 2% per annum for the first review and 1% for all subsequent reviews. Market review at option.
  • Market Valuation: $6,500 to $9,750 (plus GST) per annum
