Lease Proposal

Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995 that the City of Wanneroo proposes to dispose of a portion of the following property as follows:

  • Lessee: Banksia Food Co. Pty Ltd
  • Property: 39m2 space Kingsway Indoor Stadium Café/Kiosk Lot 12652 (130) Kingsway, Madeley (Reserve 44878)
  • Term: One (1) year, commencing on the later of:

a) the date the lease is executed by all parties; and

b) the date of the Minister for Lands’ consents to the lease.

  • Option: Four (4) one (1) year option terms
  • Permitted Use: Café/Kiosk
  • Rent: $7,000 (plus GST) per annum plus outgoings. Annual CPI rent reviews. Market review at option
  • Market Valuation: $6,000 to $8,000 (plus GST) per annum
