The above mentioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following:

• A single-story building with a total placement capacity of 72 children and 9 full-time (equivalent) staff members at any given time.
• Operational hours between Monday to Friday are from 6:30am and 6:30pm.
• Two outdoor play areas (not utilised prior to 7:00am)
• A total of 18 car parking bays within the site;
• Verge treatment including landscaping, retaining walls, seating and a drive through drop off/pick up zone; and
• Associated landscaping and signage.
