Project details

We are excited to announce the City is developing a new website, set to launch in end 2026. We want to create a modern, user-friendly platform that makes it easier for our community to access services and information online.

This upgrade follows community feedback and a recent review of the current site. It’s part of our commitment to creating a more accessible, customer-focused experience that better meets the needs of our growing community. While we work on the new site, we’re also updating and improving content on the current website to make it easier to use in the meantime.

Right now, here is how you can get involved:

How you can get involved

  • Volunteer Community Reference Group

    We’re looking for 12 community members to join a reference group that reflects the diversity of our community. Members will take part in workshops and testing to help ensure the new site is accessible and easy for everyone to use. See registration email address below.

  • Need support to participate?

    If you have accessibility needs or would prefer to provide feedback another way, please contact the project manager.

Registrations of interest

Use this email to address to register for the website volunteer community reference group by 3:00pm Friday 13 February 2026. As a thank you for your time, chosen participants will receive a $25 gift voucher.
