We are excited to announce the City is developing a new website, set to launch in end 2026. We want to create a modern, user-friendly platform that makes it easier for our community to access services and information online.

This upgrade follows community feedback and a recent review of the current site. It’s part of our commitment to creating a more accessible, customer-focused experience that better meets the needs of our growing community. While we work on the new site, we’re also updating and improving content on the current website to make it easier to use in the meantime.

Right now, there are two key ways you can get involved:

How you can get involved

  • Design Input Survey

    Complete our short survey to share your thoughts on how the new website should look, feel and function. Your feedback will help guide the design of our new homepage and the overall website user experience. (See Online survey tab below)

  • Volunteer Community Reference Group

    We’re looking for 12 community members to join a reference group that reflects the diversity of our community. Members will take part in workshops and testing to help ensure the new site is accessible and easy for everyone to use (See Online survey tab below).

  • Need support to participate?

You can nominate to join our volunteer Community Reference Group in the final question of the survey.
