The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following:

• The patio extends 12.9 metres along the western side boundary.
• It spans 10.2 metres along the northern rear boundary.
• The patio features a wall height of 2.9 metres, with an overall height of 3.2 metres.
• The patio is setback 0.5 metres from the western side boundary and 6.5 metres from the northern rear boundary.
