The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes a two-storey single dwelling at the above address. The dwelling is 5.8m from street boundary for both ground and upper floor. The dwelling maximum wall and building height are 6.6m and 8.8m respectively form natural ground level.

The development proposes a 3.5m retaining wall to the back of the house that is 9.3m from the rear lot boundary. The retaining wall will retain soil for the proposed excavation at the back.

The dwelling proposes boundary walls to both northern and southern lot boundaries for ground and upper floors.
