The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following:

  • The application proposes a single house at the above property. The proposed house will have a length of 24.4m along the eastern boundary, and at its closest point, will be setback 1 metre from 34 Portus Crescent, Mindarie.

  • The proposal will be assessed against the Design Principles of the Part B of the Residential Design Codes (R-Codes). Due to the reduced setback, you are invited to provide comment on the proposal with regard to the following Design Principles:
      • Amenity
      • Overlooking;
      • Building bulk;
