The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following development discretion that may be of interest to you.

  • Maximum hipped roof wall height of 7.9 metres, in lieu of the 7 metre maximum allowance.
  • Maximum gable wall height of 8.4 metres (balcony), in lieu of the 8 metre maximum allowance.
  • Maximum gable roof height of 8.9 metres (balcony) in lieu of the 8 metre maximum allowance.
