The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following:
- The dwelling incorporates overlooking to adjoining properties as described below:
- The west
facing window to the theatre/games room on the ground floor results in 0.9m2
of overlooking to 195 Anchorage Drive and 0.8m2 of overlooking to
191 Anchorage Drive.
- The east
facing window to Bed 4 on the ground floor results in 6.2m2 of
overlooking to 195 Anchorage Drive.
- The east
facing window to the living room on the first floor results in 9.6m2
of overlooking to 195 Anchorage Drive.
- The west
facing window to the study on the first floor results in 4.8m2 of
overlooking to 195 Anchorage Drive.
- The west
facing elevations of the ground floor alfresco on first floor balcony result in
19.5m2 of overlooking to 195 Anchorage Drive, 12.5m2 of
overlooking to 191 Anchorage Drive, 5.8m2 of overlooking to 30
Toulon Circle, and 5.7m2 of overlooking to 28 Toulon Circle.
- The west
facing window to the theatre/games room on the ground floor results in 0.9m2
of overlooking to 195 Anchorage Drive and 0.8m2 of overlooking to
191 Anchorage Drive.
- The
proposal results in 233m2 of overshadowing to 191 Anchorage Drive.
