The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes a single house with the following variations:

  • First floor:
    • Bed 2 windows setback 1.9m and 1.3m o the NW boundary.
    • Bed 4 window setback 1.3m from the SE boundary.
    • Balcony 2 setback 2.7m from the SE and NW boundaries.
    • Ground floor:
      • Free form living window setback 1.2m NW boundary.
      • Balcony 1 setback 2.7m the SE and NW boundaries.
