The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes a Change of Use to Holiday House. Details of the application are as follows:

• A maximum of 8 persons are proposed at any one time.
• The proposed use will occupy the entirety of the property.
• A total of 4 car bays can be contained on the site.
• Check-in time is from 2:00pm, and check-out time is before 10:00am.
• Guests must stay a minimum of five (5) nights.
• A Management Plan has been provided by the applicant, which will be available to view online, outline how the use will be managed.
