The application proposes a change of use to Holiday House. Details of the application are as follows:

• A maximum of two (2) guests are proposed at any one time as one booking;
• Guests must stay for a minimum of three (3) nights and a maximum of 89 nights;
• The proposed use will occupy the entirely of the property;
• A total of 2 car bays will be contained on site;
• Guests must stay for a minimum of seven (7) nights and a maximum of 89 nights; and
• A Management Plan has been provided by the applicant which will be available to view online, outlining how the use will be managed.
