The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following:

The application proposes a Change of Use to Small Bar at the above property. Details of the application are as follows:

• The site has an active approval for a four-storey mixed use development – Mixed Use Development (One Restaurant/Café and One Multiple Dwelling);
• No changes to the built form of the development are proposed.
• The Restaurant/Café land use will remain, however the application proposes to add the Small Bar land use for Liquor Licensing purposes.
• The hours of operation of the Restaurant/Café are to remain the same, which are:

• Mondays to Thursdays: 8:00am – 10:00pmo
• Fridays and Saturdays: 7:00am – 12:00am
• Sundays: 8:00am – 10:00pm
• The approved number of 84 patrons is to remain as previously approved.
