The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes undertake additions and alterations to the existing, approved licensed premise (currently trading as ‘The Pavillion – Mindarie’). The works include the following:

• construction of two new external balconies with associated awnings;
• a new entry foyer with lift and stairs providing universal access;
• internal reconfiguration to provide a new foyer, bar, dining and entertainment areas (including duck bowling and darts);
• modifications to the service yard with new fencing, gates and screening; and
• removal of paving and bollards and nine car parking bays at the building entrance, to be replaced with a landscaped pedestrian zone and upgraded universal-access bays.
