Proposal details

The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following:

  • A new two storey building with land uses comprising of:
    • ‘Motel’ (upper floor x 6 rooms);
    • ‘Consulting Rooms’ / ‘Medical Centre’ (ground floor x 2 tenancies); and
    • ‘Lunch Bar’ / ‘Convenience Store’ / ‘Fast food outlet’ (ground floor x 2 tenancies);
  • A total of 25 parking bays across the site, 6 bays for the motel, and 19 bays for the commercial land uses;
  • New vehicle access from Baltimore Parade and existing access from Deepwater Court (south) and Landsdowne Place via the existing easement that runs along the rear of the commercial lots;
  • An enclosed bin store to the rear of the site; and
  • Associated landscaping and signage.
