The abovementioned development application proposes a Child Care Premises and Offices and is being advertised for public comment. Details of the proposal are as follows:

• A two storey building to be developed, which includes Child Care Premises and two office units;
• Car parking area to be on the Southwestern and Northeastern portion of the site comprising of 30 car parking bays;
• Access to the car park from Baltimore Parade;
• A maximum of 72 children and 11 staff to be accommodated within the Child Care Premises at any one time;
• Proposed operating hours of the Child Care Premises are Monday to Friday between 6:30am to 6:30pm; and
• Associated site works, landscaping and signage.
