The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following

• 6.9-metres in wall height and 20.02-metres in length facing the western side with 8.3-metres setback from the western lot boundary.
• 6.1-metres in wall height and 20.05-metres in length facing the southern side with 14.7-metres setback from the southern lot boundary.
