The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following
- Up to two Commercial Vehicles may be parked on site at any one time. In accordance with District Planning Scheme No. 2, Commercial Vehicle means:
“a vehicle, whether licenced or not, that has a gross vehicle mass of greater than 4.5 tonnes including –- a utility, van, truck, tractor, bus or earthmoving equipment; and
- a vehicle that is, or is designated to be an attachment to a vehicle referred to in paragraph (a);
- The area designated for the parking of the commercial vehicles is setback 14.2 metres from the western lot boundary.
