The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following:

• Movement and storage of up to 37,000m³ of material from Singara (Illyarrie Estate) to the subject site;
• Works envisaged to occur over a three month period from date of commencement;
• Maximum of 7 trucks per day undertaking up to 120 movements;
• Truck movements to occur between the hours of 7:00am – 7:00pm Monday to Friday;
• Movements to the site from the Illyarrie residential estate are proposed to be in accordance with the following route:

Messina Drive > Pinjar Road > Joondalup Drive > Tumbleweed Drive > Coogee Road.
