The application seeks retrospective approval for an existing sea container and approval for three (3) additional sea containers setback a minimum of 7m from the eastern boundary. The containers will be positioned around the existing large outbuilding and feature the following attributes:

• A length of 6m, a width of 2.4m and a height of 2.4m; and
• A blue exterior finish
