The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes 78 Grouped Dwellings at Lot 1 (194) & Lot 2374 (200) Wanneroo Road, Madeley. Details of the proposal are as follows:

• 78 Grouped Dwellings are proposed, including:
  • 70 two-storey townhouses;
  • 8 single-storey houses;
• Vehicular access proposed from Old Trafford Avenue, which will connect to the proposed internal road network;

• Two occupant parking bays per dwelling;
• 19 visitor parking bays within the ‘verge’ of the common property;
• Associated landscaping and pedestrian pathways, including a Pedestrian Access Way (PAW) to Wanneroo Road.
