The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes a two-storey house at the above address. The maximum wall and ridge height is proposed at 6.6m and 8m respectively. The development proposes two balconies, one facing the street and one facing the rear (Hepburn Avenue). The proposal is setback minimum 1.5m to the eastern lot boundary on both ground and upper floor. The house is setback minimum 1.1m on ground floor and 1.6m on upper floor to the western lot boundary.
