The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following:

• Maximum of ten (10) guests to stay in the property.
• Check-in time is from 3:00pm onwards and Check-out time is at 10:00am.
• Imposition of quiet hours and no use of outdoor areas between 10:00pm to 7:00am.
• Five car parking spaces on-site with two bays inside the garage and three bays on the driveway where car parking is to be wholly contained within the property boundaries.
