Proposal details

The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following:

  • Relocation of the Supermarket, with a reduction in Gross Floor Area from 1,843m2 to 1,510m2;
  • Relocation of the Medical Centre, with an increased Gross Floor Area from 440m2 to 890m2 and 8 consultants to 12 consultants;
  • Amendment to the floor area of the Liquor Store - Large from 438m2 to 400m2, and an additional shop proposed adjoining;
  • Removal of Pharmacy, Restaurant and Shops on the eastern side of the subject site;
  • The associated relocation of parking bays, internal access, loading bays, bin stores and landscaping;
  • Access via Landsdale Road is proposed to be amended from a left-in, left-out to full movement in and left-out;
  • A portion of the subject site is not subject to this application;
  • It is noted that there are no additional land uses proposed than those previously approved.
