Proposal details

The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes to retain the existing dwelling on site along with two new grouped dwellings, one to the front and one to the rear of the existing dwelling.

The proposed dwelling at the rear is two-storey dwelling with a maximum 6.2m building height from natural ground level. The development proposes retaining walls to the north, east and southern lot boundaries for the proposed excavation

The existing crossover and access is proposed to be widened and upgraded to accommodate for common property access.
