The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and the proposal is for a new two storey dwelling, located at the rear of the existing house.
The new dwelling includes a balcony which is screened to the side and open to the front providing a view down the drive to the street. The deemed to comply setback for visual privacy is 7.5m from outdoor habitable spaces, however the proposed design is setback 4.6m from your shared boundary.
