The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes a two-storey single house. The proposed house has a maximum wall height of 6.3m and overall height of 8.7m including the concealed roof cladding.
The two-storey wall along eastern lot boundary is 11.5m long and 6.3m high with 2.5m setback from eastern lot boundary. The two-storey wall along southern boundary is 19.6m long and 6.3m high with 1.6m setback form southern lot boundary.
The proposed dwelling is minimum 1.8m from primary street boundary on ground floor and upper floor.
