The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes a Single House at the above address. Details of the development that require consultation are below:

⦁ The detached addition proposes a 0.6 metre setback to the southern boundary in lieu od the 1 metre setback required.

⦁ The upper floor of the dwelling proposes a 1.5 metre setback to the southern boundary in lieu of the 3.7 metres required.

⦁ Boundary walls are proposed to the southern, western and eastern boundaries. The walls are proposed to be 3.8 metres in height in lieu of the 3.5 metres permitted.

⦁ The height of the building is proposed to be 7.6 metres to the eaves and the overall height of the building is proposed to be 8.3 metres.
