The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes Outbuilding to be built to the North - East boundaries of the property:

• The length of the Outbuilding to the Northern boundary is 6.1 metres and proposes a 0.2 metre setback for the Outbuilding.
• The length of the Outbuilding to the Eastern boundary is 4.1 metres and proposes a 0.2 metre setback for the Outbuilding.
